Ingredients

  • 180 Gram Butter
  • 180 Gram Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon Tutti Fruiti
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 180 Gram Flour
  • 4 Piece Eggs
  • 0.25 Cup Almonds, Chopped
  • 0.25 Cup Walnuts, Chopped
  • 0.25 Cup Tutti Fruiti

Main Procedure

Step 1

In a bowl, take butter in room temperature and creaming it together with sugar until mixture lightens in colour, and then mix in the tutti fruity.

Step 2

Add in vanilla essence and gradually fold in flour while stirring till fully incorporated, add egg and mix well.

Step 3

Then fold in chopped almonds, walnuts, and extra tutti fruity by using cut and fold technique for even consistency.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 165–170° C and grease the baking mold with butter and lined it with butter paper, pour in the already prepared mixture in the mold, and bake for about 40 minutes.

Step 5

Once baked, powder icing sugar on top and allow it to cool before serving cake slices.
