Ingredients
- 0.5 Cup Singhara Flour
- 2 Tablespoon Ghee
- 1 Cup Water
- 5 Tablespoon Sugar
- 0.5 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- Chopped Dry Fruits
Main Procedure
Step 1
Take a pan and heat ghee in it. Add Singhara flour and keep on stirring it.
Step 2
Roast the flour for a while and wait till it turns golden brown and fragrant. Make sure keep stirring it to avoid any lumps.
Step 3
Take a separate pan and heat water in it. Then, add sugar and let it dissolve. Allow the water to come to boil once.
Step 4
Slowly pour the sugar water in the pan with roasted flour while stirring continuously.
Step 5
Add cardamom powder and mix it well. Cook for a few minutes and wait till the halwa thickens.
Step 6
Garnish it with chopped dry fruits and serve it warm.
