Samir Gaikwad Death: 22-Year-Old TikTok Star Found Hanging At His Pune House, Police Suspect Suicide

22-year-old star TikTok star Samir Gaikwad was found hanging from the ceiling of his home in Pune on Sunday (February 21), a report in PTI said.

The Lonikand police registered a case of accidental death. Although the police officials suspect it to be a suicide case, they have not recovered any suicide note, the report in PTI said.

Samir Gaikwad was rushed to the hospital after he was found hanging at his residence. The doctors declared him dead on arrival, a police officer told the news agency.

Samir Gaikwad’s cousin alerted the police of his death. He said that a friend of Samir informed about him about the unfortunate incident.

Samir Gaikwad, who was quite active on TikTok and enjoyed a significant fan following on the platform. The Central government had banned all the Chinese apps including TikTok and Helo last year.

Samir’s last Instagram video is going viral on social media. Many fans have flooded the comments section with their messages.

Samir Gaikwad was seen speaking some dialogues in his last Instagram video, which has received over 36k likes.
