He joined them for a chat and even posed for a group picture. He was wearing acid-washed blue denim trousers and a grey shirt with the top button undone.

The Meer Foundation is a charitable organisation that promotes the empowerment of women and is named after Shah Rukh Khan's father, Meer Taj Mohammed Khan.

The organisation recently assisted the family of Delhi accident victim Anjali Singh.
