Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh recently announced the release date of his much-awaited movie '83'.

The 'Dil Dhadakne Do' actor took to his social media and shared that his upcoming sports biopic on Kapil Dev will hit the theaters on June 4, 2021.

As soon as the news broke out, fans couldn't keep their calm as they are eagerly waiting to watch the 'Gully Boy' actor spill magic on-screen once again.

'83' is an upcoming sports drama film directed by Kabir Khan where Ranveer will portray the role of cricketer Kapil Dev.

This movie will also mark Ranveer and Deepika's first collaboration after marriage where the 'Padmaavat' actress will be seen portraying the character of Kapil Dev's wife Romi Bhatia.

Deepika and Ranveer got married in the year 2018 at Lake Como, Italy in front of their family members and close friends.

The couple has starred together in movies - 'Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela', 'Bajirao Mastani' and 'Padmaavat'.

Singh started his career with the 2010 romantic comedy 'Band Baaja Baaraat' opposite Anushka Sharma.

He then starred in several other movies including 'Gully Boy', 'Bajirao Mastani', 'Padmaavat', 'Simmba' and many more.
