Some religious groups objected to the film's title and claimed that it was misleading as the flick had nothing to do with 'Ramlila'. The producers have taken the decision the rename the film as 'Laxmii' to respect the sentiments of the audience. The horror comedy drama has been making waves ever since the trailer was unveiled earlier this month. Several social media users had expressed their displeasure over the film's title as they believed that it insulted Hindi Goddess Laxmi. Many big Bollywood films have changed the original titles after facing the brunt.
