Go First has cancelled its flights till May 9 and suspended sale of tickets till May 15 amid bankruptcy

Go First, which has filed bankruptcy, has cancelled its flights till May 9 due to "operational reasons", said the airline Thursday. In a statement, the aviation company said it will refund the ticket prices to passengers through original payment. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by the flight cancellations," it said.

A full refund will be issued to the original mode of payment shortly, the airlines added.

We acknowledge the flight cancellations might have disrupted your travel plans and we are committed to providing all the assistance we can, the statement added.

The cash-strapped airline also suspended all its ticket sales till May 15 and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation has asked the airline to refund or reschedule existing bookings for future dates, reported PTI.
