MNS’s Sharaddada Bhimaji Sonavane won Junnar assembly seat in 2014 Maharashtra Assembly Elections by a margin of 16923 votes. Runner-up Ashatai Dattatray Buchke of SHS bagged 43382 votes. Third position was held by NCP's Atul Vallabh Benke. Fourth came Netajidada Suresh Doke while Maruti Dubaji Wayal of IND got the fifth spot.
