A recently circulated video showcases a Zomato delivery agent in Hyderabad adopting a unique mode of transportation — a horse. Rather than opting for the conventional two-wheeler, the delivery personnel navigated through the city's streets on horseback. The footage, shared on X (formerly Twitter), features the agent in Zomato's signature red attire, carrying a delivery bag while adeptly manoeuvring the horse. This unconventional approach to deliveries drew admiration for its ingenuity, prompting some to label it a quintessential "Hyderabad moment". As of now, Zomato has not provided any official response to the incident.

This isn't the first instance of Zomato delivery partners adapting to unusual circumstances. A few months prior, a video went viral depicting a delivery agent swiftly consuming food from a plastic bag, foregoing a traditional sit-down meal. The agent, stationed by his bike, quickly finished his meal of dal chawal before proceeding to his subsequent delivery assignment.
