Zomato Rider Ditches Bike For Horse In Hyderabad Delivery Stint. Video Viral
A Zomato delivery agent in Hyderabad opted for a horse over a typical two-wheeler for city deliveries, as shown in a viral video.
A recently circulated video showcases a Zomato delivery agent in Hyderabad adopting a unique mode of transportation — a horse. Rather than opting for the conventional two-wheeler, the delivery personnel navigated through the city's streets on horseback. The footage, shared on X (formerly Twitter), features the agent in Zomato's signature red attire, carrying a delivery bag while adeptly manoeuvring the horse. This unconventional approach to deliveries drew admiration for its ingenuity, prompting some to label it a quintessential "Hyderabad moment". As of now, Zomato has not provided any official response to the incident.

Here's How People Reacted To It:
The incident underscores the adage, "Where there is a will, there is a way".
A spectator commented on the eco-friendliness of the method, stating, "I think it's the best way of transport, doesn't harm the environment".
Additionally, social media users playfully described the move as a classic example of "Hyderabadi jugaad".
A touch of humour emerged in the online chatter, with one user jesting, "Given the horse's trotting pace, the food might just turn into khichdi by the time it reaches".
Another individual chimed in, imagining potential food mishaps, saying, "Considering the ride's vibrations, I wonder about the state of the food upon arrival".
This isn't the first instance of Zomato delivery partners adapting to unusual circumstances. A few months prior, a video went viral depicting a delivery agent swiftly consuming food from a plastic bag, foregoing a traditional sit-down meal. The agent, stationed by his bike, quickly finished his meal of dal chawal before proceeding to his subsequent delivery assignment.
