Representing Indian elegance on one of the most grandiose style stages, Isha not only turned heads with her amazing outfit but also with an incredible jewellery piece that threw the Internet into a frenzy.

An Opulent Ensemble By Anamika Khanna:

Isha Ambani chose the celebrated Indian designer Anamika Khanna, who styled her in opulent couture with a contemporary twist. The outfit comprised a richly embellished black-and-gold corset top, featuring intricate detailing and a perfect fit that exuded strength and grace. The corset was paired with sleek black silk trousers that were straight-cut, having silver-studded embellishments on the sides, welcoming the least of distractions upon their minimalistic elegance.

Pairing the ensemble with a dramatic white cape looks ethereal, which is designed as a great tailored jacket. The cape featured lapel collars and ornate jewel work, with a sweeping floor-length train for a proper baroque-edgy flair. Isha topped it all off with a white hat that lent a whimsical, almost fairytale-like finish to the look.

A Historic Cartier Necklace Worth $150 Million:

What really stole the show was Isha Ambani's accessories: a gigantic, brick-sized vintage diamond necklace from Cartier. Previously, it belonged to the Maharaja of Nawanagar; now this breathtaking piece resides in Cartier's treasured collection, and the story behind the piece is as fascinating as its size. Valued at a hefty $150 million, this necklace is an extraordinary masterpiece of jewellery. 

This was no ordinary diamond necklace; its presence entered into cinematic history. Fashion critics and eagle-eyed fans picked up quickly that it was the same necklace that was featured in the 2018 film Ocean's 8. In the film, the necklace is worn by Anne Hathaway's character and is infamously stolen during a heist at a gala event based fictitiously on the real Met. 

With the necklace back at the Met Gala, Isha's look was a fine tribute to the famous piece, making her ensemble as breathtaking as a classic film.
