Covid-19 cases in India approach 60,000 mark, 1981 dead | Corona update

The total number of cases of Coronavirus Covid-19 has shot up to around 60,000 mark in India with the nation witnessing a massive surge in last few days. As many as 1981 people have died due to the pandemic. However, almost 18,000 people have also been able to beat the pandemic and have been cured. Meanwhile, Gujarat and Maharashtra continue to be the worst affected by the pandemic.
