The latest tension erupted after Rajeev shared a vlog lamenting the limited time he gets to spend with their daughter, Ziana. In response, Charu released her own video, pushing back against his claims and highlighting that parenting is a responsibility, not a convenience. “A parent is not offered the privilege of being present, they just have to be around,” she said in a pointed rebuttal.

In a new video, Rajeev hit back, accusing Charu of portraying him negatively in her content and hinting at possible legal consequences. “You gave so many interviews against me and I didn’t say anything, now I won’t stay quiet anymore,” he stated, expressing frustration over the ongoing narrative.
He further alleged that Charu is “enjoying bad comments” directed at him online, many of which he believes are fueled by paid promotions. “You are enjoying bad comments about me and most of them are paid PR, we all know that. That’s why I was worried that no one misuses the money,” he added, suggesting financial concerns possibly linked to child support or alimony.

Rajeev also denied Charu’s previous assertions that he was absent during her pregnancy. “She accused me of not being with her during the pregnancy, that’s not the case. I was there with her. I have vlogs to prove it. She was the one running away from me. Don’t say that I was gone for 4 months, that’s not true,” he said, maintaining he has evidence to counter her version of events.
Charu says she never stopped Rajeev from meeting their daughter
Charu, on the other hand, has refuted his claims of being denied access to their daughter. “I have never stopped you from meeting your daughter. I might have said that please change the time or adjust your plans but I never refused,” she clarified in a recent vlog. She also emphasized that she’s made efforts to stay connected with Rajeev’s family for the sake of Ziana. “Despite everything, I’ve maintained cordial ties with his side of the family, because I believe it’s important for our daughter to grow up in a peaceful environment,” she said.
Charu recently moved to Bikaner, her hometown, citing financial pressures in Mumbai and the need to provide a stable life for her daughter. Meanwhile, despite their strained dynamic, Rajeev and Charu have occasionally appeared together in vlogs — attending family gatherings and taking joint vacations with Ziana.
