But the airline and some passengers on board had a different version. "She arrived at the airport on time and since she was a business class passenger, was assigned a porter who carried her bags and post check-in and security, took her to the airport lounge. He told her that he would return to carry the bags once the boarding call was made," said a source to TOI.

The airline confirmed the unfortunate incident and said that she was being very abusive.

In a statement to TOI , the airline revealed, “When she was in the aerobridge, she threw her handbag on another passenger. Then, she entered the aircraft by pushing the passengers in front of her. Passengers complained about the unruly behaviour to in-flight staff, who tried to calm her down. However, she started abusing the airline staff. Since the flight was being held up, the Captain decided to deplane the passenger by following the flight regulations,“ it added.

The CISF was then informed about the incident. After long persuasion, she agreed to deplane and was provided a seat in the next flight, the airline said.

On the other hand, Misrra vehemently refuted all the allegations. "They are floating false stories. I'm so sick, I can't even lift my own bag, let alone throw one at someone," she said, adding that a doctor was attending to her, even as she was responding to queries raised by TOI . She then gave her phone to the doctor and asked him to speak. He said that Misrra had "fever, pain and was totally tired".
