Speaking about the same, a source told the daily that, “Nyra and Karan have known each other for long and they share an effortless chemistry. Not only do they come to the set and leave together, they also eat saath-saath and hang out after work hours. The mere mention of Karan makes Nyra blush.”

Both, Karan & Nyra reacted on the same and accepted that they are fond of each other. Nyra said, "It’s been eight years of knowing each other and the fondness has only grown after shooting and spending a lot of time together. We share a great chemistry and it’s like fire on the set (laughs!)."
On being ask if she is dating Karan? “We aren’t dating yet, but are getting to know each other better,” Nyra further told the daily.

Whereas, Karan told TOI that, "Nyra and I met while shooting for a show eight years ago and kept in touch. There was a feeling of comfort and relief at the same time when I learnt that she is my co-actor on the show. We share an amazing camaraderie and everyone has noticed it, too. My fondness for Nyra has only grown with time and it’s great to be working with her.”
On the professional front, Karan Khanna made his TV debut as a contestants on the dance reality show 'Just Dance' in which Hrithik Roshan was one of the judges. Later, he made his acting debut with Star Plus show 'Manmarziyan' and went on to feature in various shows inlcuding 'Tu Mera Hero' and 'MTV Splitsvilla 9'. Whereas, Nyra has been a part of various Tamil, Telugu and Kannada film. On the Bollywood front, she featured in Priyadarshan's 'Kamaal Dhamaal Malamaal'.
