New Delhi: Fans of the Ghattamaneni family may be in for a memorable event! Rumours have it that superstar Mahesh Babu is preparing to bring his children, Sitara and Gautam, on the big screen in his next blockbuster SSMB 29, directed by none other than S.S. Rajamouli.

Mahesh Babu reportedly made a "sensational decision" to cast his son Gautam Ghattamaneni and daughter Sitara Ghattamaneni in major parts in the international action-adventure picture. A report said that movie enthusiasts worldwide are anxiously anticipating Rajamouli's next film, and it went on to claim that this project might serve as the ideal platform for the star youngsters to shine.

There has been a lot of speculation around Sitara's debut for some time, but no official word from the film's crew has confirmed it. 

About Mahesh Babu's Children

For the unversed, Sitara sang a duet with her dad in the 2022 ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata’ hit "Penny," while Gautam portrayed a younger Mahesh Babu in the 2014 film ‘1: Nenokkadine’.

In terms of ‘SSMB 29’, the film is developing into quite the show. Rumour has it that Rajamouli, also known as "Jakkanna" among fans, is directing an action-adventure film with a focus on the African forests that alludes to the Indian epics Mahabharata and Ramayana.

Officially making their debut in such a high-concept film may be a big moment for Sitara and Gautam in Telugu cinema. Meanwhile, fans will just have to keep an eye out till Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu officially announce the news.
