Rakhi Sawant's Shocking Revelation: After Mika Singh Controversy Her Mother Told 'Wish You Died The Moment You Were Born'

Mumbai: Rakhi Sawant is often witnessed making the headlines for her controversies. From Mika Singh’s controversial kiss to getting arrested for her controversial remark on Rishi Valmiki, Rakhi Sawant has been the face of many controversies in the industry over the years.
The ‘Bigg Boss’ contestant opened up about the controversies and how they affected her life and her mother during a chat with an entertainment portal. She also revealed that her decision to join the film industry has alienated her from her family.
Rakhi Sawant also revealed during her interview how her mother reacted to Mika Singh’s famous controversy and wished Rakhi died the moment she was born. Rakhi Sawant told Bollywood Bubble in Hindi, “People always tell me I'm an attention seeker. Guys, I am not an attention seeker. The media loves me... There was a time when my mother told me, 'What is this, your controversies? I wish you died the moment you were born.' This happened after my family turned on my mother, post my incident with Mika Singh. My father used to beat my mom. I told her, 'Nobody is going to give me a crown the moment I enter Bollywood, let me struggle, give me freedom. I am not Amitabh Bachchan or Anil Kapoor's daughter. I haven't even gone to high school'.”
Rakhi also disclosed that running away from her home and joining the film industry was the only option she had. She was quoted saying by the portal, “Today, my father would have been proud of me... Thank God I took this decision because I have become what I am today.”
Rakhi Sawant is famous for her dance numbers in the film industry. She has also participated in reality shows like ‘Bigg Boss’, ‘Nach Baliye’, ‘Zara Nachke Dikha’ and others.
