New Delhi: Kashmera Shah recently took to her social media and shared an appreciation post for the humanitarian actor Salman Khan. She shared that the ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’ actor has come to the rescue of actor Faraaz Khan who has been battling life at a hospital in Bengaluru. Faraaz has been suffering from cough and a chest infection for nearly a year and currently, the actor is unconscious in the ICU. Faraaz Khan’s family responded to the ‘Wanted’ actor’s gesture and said that they will forever be grateful to Salman Khan. His brother Fahmaan Khan was quoted saying by Mumbai Mirror, “We will forever be grateful to Salman Khan. May God bless him and give him a long life.” Speaking about his brother’s health condition, the ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’ actor told the same publication, “He had been suffering from a cough and chest infection for nearly a year. Recently, his condition worsened and he was hospitalized. He was admitted to the emergency ward of Vikram Hospital, where we found out that he had suffered three consecutive seizures due to a herpes infection in his brain and his condition worsened.” Faraaz Khan requires Rs 25 lakhs for his treatment for which the family had started a fundraiser. The ailing actor’s family members told in a statement, “Faraaz Khan who gave many years of his life to the art of acting and gave his best in front of the camera only to impress his audience needs your help to survive today. Please help me raise enough funds to get Faraaz the treatment he needs.” Faraaz Khan is the son of ‘Amar Akbar Anthony’ actor Yusuf Khan and have starred in movies like ‘Fareb’, ‘Mehndi’ and others.
