New Delhi: Bollywood appears to have a new couple in town right now. Actors Vijay Varma and Tamannaah Bhatia seem to be making their romance official in the new year. In a now-viral video, the two were seen hugging as they rang in the New Year in Goa.

The alleged couple can be seen cozying up to one another in a video that was initially posted on Instagram by the Goan restaurant Purple Martini. In the video, they appear to be kissing and hugging each other. As fireworks explode in the sky above, the remainder of the audience can be seen cheering and enjoying themselves. 

Vijay was wearing green shorts and a white shirt, and Tamannaah was dressed in a short, dazzling pink outfit. Tamannaah and Vijay have not yet posted any photos of one another on social media.

Tamannaah Bhatia began acting in the Telugu and Tamil cinema industries in 2005 with 'Chand Sa Roshan Chehra', a film in which she starred opposite Samir Aftab. She recently appeared in 'Plan A, Plan B' and 'Babli Bouncer'. She will star opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui in 'Bole Chudiyan' this year.

In the Netflix film 'Darlings', Vijay Varma received praise for his portrayal of a abusive spouse. 'The Devotion of Suspect X', directed by Sujoy Ghosh, will feature Kareena Kapoor and Jaideep Ahlawat with Vijay.
