Mumbai: Twinkle Khanna posted an adorable photo with her mother and veteran actress Dimple Kapadia, who turned a year older on Tuesday (June 8). The actress-turned-author wished her mom Dimple in her own style by sharing a sweet post on social media. She called her mommy dearest ‘ageless beauty’ while showering her with wishes. The daughter-mother duo was all smiles while striking a pose for the camera.  

The caption for the post read, “A certain someone photobombing our lovely birthday picture! Mother meanwhile is taking each year and turning it backwards like it’s a Nolan movie! #ageless #birthdaygirl.” 

Can you guess who photobombed their snap? There’s no prize for guessing that the ‘certain someone’ is Mr Khiladi Kumar. Although Akshay Kumar’s face is not visible, his left shoulder features in the photo.  

Several tinsel town celebs including Hrithik Roshan, Huma Qureshi and Dia Mirza dropped comments on the Post. Hrithik wrote, "Happy birthday dimple aunty" while Huma commented, "Happy Happy Bday to the most gorgeous of them all."

Soon-to-be mommy Dia Mirza wrote, "Happy Happy Birthday to the most gorgeous Lady!"

Dimple's nephew Karan Kapadia posted a happy photo wherein the duo can be seen smiling while posing. 

Dimple, who made her digital debut with Saif Ali Khan starrer 'Tandav', will be next seen in Ayan Mukerji's 'Brahmastra. The film stars Alia  Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan in lead roles.

Kapadia also has Dinesh Vijans' upcoming film in her kitty.

Talking about Akshay Kumar, the B-town star will be next seen in Rohit Shetty's 'Sooryavanshi'. Two of his films- 'Sooryavanshi' and 'BellBottom' have been delayed due to the COVID-19 crisis. The 'Rustom' star also has 'Atrangi Re', 'Ram Setu', 'Prithviraj' and 'Bachchan Pandey' in his kitty.
