Suyyash Rai Shames Paps Over Avneet Kaur's 'Creepy' Clip, But Was It Really That Bad? Watch

Actor Suyyash Rai slammed the paparazzi after a viral video showed cameras intentionally zooming in on Avneet Kaur’s chest.

New Delhi: What started as a moment of public outrage over media ethics took an unexpected twist when actress Avneet Kaur seemingly flipped the narrative. After actor Suyyash Rai strongly criticized paparazzi for zooming in on Avneet’s cleavage during a recent red carpet event, the actress herself posted a bold video.

Avneet attended a high-profile Mumbai event dressed in a striking ankle-length orange cutout bodycon dress featuring a plunging neckline. As she posed confidently for the cameras, a paparazzi video surfaced that deliberately focused on her chest.

Among the first to speak up was actor Suyyash Rai. Outraged by the clip, he commented on social media, “Why zoomed? Khud ghus jaao andar?” He didn’t hold back in calling out the lack of media decency, adding, "Yes shez looking pretty, but what are you guys doing as media ? Manners ? thics ? Basics ? Of life ?? Aisa toh ho heee nai sakta that women of your home are okay with this ! its sad!"

Suyyash Rai’s comment received massive support from netizens, who slammed the paps for crossing a line. But shortly after, Avneet herself took control of the conversation, sharing a video on Instagram where she confidently zoomed in on her own cleavage, perhaps as a subtle message about reclaiming agency over her body and image.

This unexpected response has divided the internet. While some applauded her for owning the moment and flipping the gaze back on her terms, others felt it undermined the backlash and concern raised by Suyyash Rai.

Avneet Kaur's Recent Controversy

This is not the first time Avneet Kaur has been in the news recently. The actress gained widespread attention after a viral incident involving former Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli 'liking' one of her Instagram photos.

Later, in an Instagram clarification, Kohli stated, "I'd like to clarify that while clearing my feed, it appears the algorithm may have mistakenly registered an interaction. There was absolutely no intent behind it. I request that no unnecessary assumptions be made."

Despite the controversy, the incident significantly boosted Avneet Kaur's social media presence, reportedly leading to her gaining over 2 million new followers and securing lucrative brand deals.
