While Zaheer and Sonakshi's wedding was celebrated by their fans, many opposed their union. There was also some speculation about Sonakshi's brothers Luv and Kussh not attending their wedding. However, Shatrughan Sinha has now opened up about his sons' absence from the wedding.
In a conversation with Lehren Retro, Shotgun senior addressed his sons' alleged absence from Sonakshi and Zaheer's wedding and said, "They are still not so mature at their age as they are only humans.' While the megastar refused to comment on the reasons why they skipped the wedding altogether. The actor shared that he could understand their pain and confusion.
Acknowledging that Luv Sinha and Kussh Sinha are only human and might not be able to understand Sonakshi's decision now. He also stated that he did not want to talk about it now and that it was also a 'culture shock' for his sons and also that they 'might not have that kind of maturity' at the given time.
Empathizing with his sons that at their age, not having seen life, not being that mature, he may have thought along similar lines but he understands his daughter's decision and supports it.
Shatrughan Sinha also added that he has blessed the couple, Sonakshi and Zaheer, as they begin a new chapter of their lives and continues to stand with them through this phase of life.
