New Delhi: Bollywood’s king of charisma, Shah Rukh Khan, has a fanbase that stretches across the globe. A devoted family man, SRK often shares warm anecdotes about his wife, Gauri Khan, and their kids, Aryan, Suhana, and AbRam. Now, filmmaker Karan Johar is stealing the spotlight, gushing over SRK's kids and revealing his deepest parenting hopes in a candid chat.

Speaking to Bollywood Hungama, the proud dad of twins Yash and Roohi showered praise on Shah Rukh and Gauri’s upbringing, admitting he’s in awe of Aryan and Suhana. Karan Johar confessed he’s turning to Gauri’s “parental instincts” for inspiration.

He said, "Because I’m like, look at these kids — how they’ve worked on themselves to become the talents they want to be. To create their individual identities and go beyond their father’s unattainable legacy. I see them so hungry to achieve. Looking at them, my heart is full of joy. I want Yash and Roohi to grow up to be like Aryan and Suhana — as people, more than anything else. What strong human beings they’ve been raised to be by Gauri and SRK. Such pure hearts. They’re just good children — well-mannered, well-raised, hardworking, yet hungry to achieve — and that’s a combination hard to find."

Karan Johar Gushes Over Aryan Khan's Talent

While discussing Aryan's hard work, Karan Johar said, “Aryan is like my firstborn. I have a memory of holding Aryan in my arms and walking in London, singing a song. He remembers that song, I remember that song. When I see him direct a series today, I’m awestruck.”

Karan Johar's Recent Success

Karan Johar recently attended the Cannes premiere of his film Homebound, which received a 9-minute standing ovation. The film, directed by Neeraj Ghaywan, stars Ishaan Khatter, Vishal Jethwa, and Janhvi Kapoor.
