Amid the celebrations, an old interview of Kiara talking about wanting “healthy babies” resurfaced online, sparking speculation that she might be expecting twins.

In the interview with journalist Faridoon Shahryar, she was asked what combination of twins she would prefer—two girls, two boys, or one of each. Kiara sweetly responded, “I just want two healthy babies that God can gift me." Kareena Kapoor, who was also present, playfully teased her, calling it a Miss Universe answer. Kiara later added that she would love to have one boy and one girl.

During the same conversation, when asked which of Kareena’s qualities she would like in her daughter, Kiara praised the actress, saying, “Her confidence, her expressions, her aura. All her qualities. She is a 10 on 10."
