A wave of joy swept across the BTS fandom on June 11 as members Jimin (Park Ji-min) and Jungkook (Jeon Jung-kook) officially completed their mandatory military service in South Korea. The duo, seen for the last time in uniform, were all smiles as they greeted media and fans outside the discharge venue.

In heartwarming visuals that quickly went viral, Jimin and Jungkook shared light moments, exchanged laughs, and offered salutes—an emotional milestone that brings BTS one major step closer to a full group comeback.

BTS Festa 2025: Reunion, Reflection, and Possible Comeback

Following the recent discharge of RM and V, and now Jimin and Jungkook, only one member, Suga, remains in service. He is scheduled to return on June 21, paving the way for a potential full group reunion.

As part of their tradition, BTS will celebrate their 12th anniversary with BTS Festa 2025. This year’s theme, ‘Twelve O’Clock’, draws from their emotional track Zero O’Clock and emphasizes healing, hope, and new beginnings.

The celebrations will include major offline fan events on June 13 and 14 at KINTEX in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province. The group’s agency has already confirmed these dates, fueling speculation about a major announcement or performance.

With just one more member to return, the countdown to BTS’s much-anticipated OT7 comeback is officially on.
