As trouble continues to mount for Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra in the sensational pornographic racket case, in another update the actress’mother Sunanda Shetty has filed a cheating complaint in a land deal matter.


According to the Mumbai Police, she has accused that a person named Sudhakar Ghare of selling her fake land papers. “The accused, with the help of fake papers, had sold land to Sunanda for Rs 1.6 crores. Case has been registered under relevant sections of IPC,” ANI tweeted quoting the Mumbai Police.



Meanwhile, with a new update and a new trouble brewing every day, Kundra has now been accused of sexual assault by Sheryln Chopra.


The actress had reportedly appeared from the Mumbai Crime Branch's Property Cell to record her statement in connection with the pornography case. She had issued an FIR against Raj in April 2021 of sexual assault.


In her complaint, Sherlyn revealed that in early 2019, Raj Kundra called her business manager about a proposal that he wanted to discuss. After the business meeting on March 27, 2019, Sherlyn claimed that Raj showed up unannounced at her house due to a heated argument over a text. The actress levelled some serious allegations on Raj Kundra and said that he started kissing her even though she resisted and even claimed that she didn’t want to get involved with a married man. To which Raj told her his relationship with his wife Shilpa Shetty was complicated and he was stressed most of the time at home.


The businessman was charged under section 376 of Indian Penal Code r/w section 384, 415, 420, 504 and 506, 354 (a) (b) (d), 509, of Indian Penal Code, 67, 67 (A), of Information Technology Act 2008, sec 3 & 4 of Indecent Representation of Women Act 1986.


Raj Kundra is currently in 14-day judicial custody, he was denied of a bail by the lower court on Wednesday (July 28). Husband of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra was arrested July 19 by the Mumbai police crime branch for producing pornographic contents for mobile apps.
